Church Day! Okay so here's the deal. Are you ready? Hmm? Hmm? Okay so I wasn't really sure what to write about when I started this blog. Which did I mention, I love. So I was told to go a little deeper on what I am wearing, and talk about what I think about when I am choosing what I am going to wear. So let me get my jive going and get the hang of this. Lol! I'll start breaking down what I am wearing and my thoughts and all that good stuff. Is that cool? Alright, let's hash it out.
WHAT was I thinking: Well this morning I was in a hurry. I hardly ever pick out my outfits the night before, always in the morning. This dress is good for my body type, which is not a stick! Let's face it, out of the whole world, like 0.0005% of people are actually stick. So guess that makes the rest of us real! Yes! I am REAL! I eat. Lol! So anyways, my waist is smaller while my hips are hippie-er? So dresses that are tight at the waist and flow-y at the hips make me look skinnier. (And hide all the cake-pops I ate yesterday!!) Today I was thinking, I don't care what people think if I wear a double pockadot. Life is too short, to care. Everyday I pray for the same thing. That I would see myself the way God sees me. God made me, he knew what he was doing, and I know he thinks I am beautiful, even if the world doesn't see me that way. You define your own style.
P.S- Aren't those barrels sick! I would love to get my hands on one of those!
(For anyone who cares? lol)
The Dress: The dress is from Forever 21. Pocka Dots are going to be really in this spring so get your pocka dot on. Serious, every store I have visited in the past two months have had pocka dots. Tip: Choose Small or medium size pocka dots. The bigger, the worse it looks in certain areas.
The Sweater: Actually from Forever 21 as well. Decided to double dot it today. I actually almost wore this entire outfit on my White Walls post. I cannot stress enough... you do not have to wear things once. Just wear them with different things and wallah! A whole new outfit.
The Shoes: These were my first Michael Kors purchase. When I was in Vegas visiting my sister, I bought them like last minute. Best purchase ever! Things like these I cherish so much. And these are the only real leather thing I own. I talked about leather in my last post.
Bag: You may have noticed that I have been wearing this bag a ton. It by Steve Madden, and I am kinda obsessed with it. It I guess adds the perfect touch of color, even when my outfit can be darker or more casual. It is structured! Which I recommend to anyone with a no time to dig around for dumb things like chap stick or a pen. Biggest life saver. And your bags will last way longer.
