Ever since Safe Haven came out, I have been mildly obsessed with Julianne Hough. She was so amazing and was it just me or was her skin amazing?! Anyways, I was on my way out of Target the other day and saw her on the cover of Self. You go girl! So I picked it up and found this spread. I was immediately captured by all the bright colors and mix match style. It was love at first sight. And I am totally going to try that stripe nail polish!
