Who Takes My Photos?

I felt on top of the world today.  With my shoes.  LOL!  I actually I had a horrible migraine today, I think from being on the computer too long.  So aside from me feeling cute... I didn’t feel that good.  I usually try not to get too personal on the blog, keeping it just my outfits and my opinions on them, as well as how much I love California, but today you are going to get something very personal.  BRACE YO-SELF!  My mom is the one who takes my photos 98% of the time.  The other day she was like “Cam you never give me credit on your photos on your blog but you do to other people.”  So I decided to give her a little credit today!  At the end of the day, my mom is usually available and I always take my photos on the streets closest to my home.  And yes I still live with my parents.  I moved out for a very very short time, and hated every second of it.  I always had this feeling that I would live with my parents until I got married.  There is something very special about having a house/place and I want to share that with my hubby one day along with everything else.  So yes we just got very personal, I live with my parents, AND I LOVE IT! And I actually hang out with them every Friday.  Expedition Ivy always makes fun of me! Hopefully I end up finding my husband soon or else I might be living with them forever... Sorry Dad!  LOL!  Maybe I will get my wish, and Cameron Dallas will realize I live in California too, and come find me.  And then we would go on a date to in-n-out.  And to six flags.   I always wanted to date a Viner.  Now everyone give me a hand five for stepping out and telling you something. Ready. One. Two. Three!  *YEAHHH*  On that stupid side note, thank you mom for taking my photos and being patient when I make you take so many pictures because I am super picky.  If you have been following the blog for awhile let my mom know what you think about her skills!  Love you guys..

Stronger As Time

Hey everyone! I am blogging from my phone so I have no idea how this will turn out. Today I was completely caught off guard when a very dear family friend got in a car accident and past. It had been a day of lots of crying, tears, (lots of crying) remembering and thankfulness. And so later today I went to Ventura, and it has never felt better to be away from home. Away from all the sad. Please pray for the immediate family who lost their daughter, sister, niece, cousin and granddaughter today. And please tell your loved ones how much they mean to you today, because you never know when your last goodbye will be.

On the Blog Today: Hi!

I have been so casual lately because of the cold! Cold go away!!  Seriously I find it so hard to dress in the winter, just because it is so cold and I don't want to wear a faux fur jacket everyday.  Faux fur is the only thing that can really keep me warm.  But it makes them look dingy. Anywho,  although I feel more energized, I was running a little low on energy today and it called for my amazing oxfords.  I am in love with these shoes.  They have a party on top and a Nike Free like sole on the bottom.  Super squishy!  I feel like I am wearing running shoes all day. 

We were on our way to go run errands and pulled over real quick to take these photos.  Taking my blog post are super quick unless it is an outfit I like a lot or put more thought into.  Sometimes certain outfits look better on camera, so I like to give them a little more show case time. Lol!  So today I had to get a couple pairs of pants just because my others are being baggy.  If you are on a diet I recommend jean shopping right when you want ice cream super bad.  It makes you realize that fitting into a size 5 and 6 isn't so bad and maybe you can stick it out!

Waking Up the Leapord

On the Blog Today:  OMG! It's Cold!

Wow! Did the weather get chilly or what?  No it's not snowing, but the second it drops 10 degrees everyone in Cali freaks out.  Lol.  Just a quick outfit post.  When I bought this jacket I wasn't completely sold, not sure if I would wear it or not but three years down the road, I'm wearin it!  I got so many compliments on this jacket today, and compliments are my soul food.  So I may be wearing this jacket everyday for the rest of my life.  Just Kidding!  

Insanity Update:

Remember when I said the first day wasn't that hard.  Remember when I said today was going to kick my butt.  I did not lie.  I am so sore!  I was intense and I was sweating and it was so hard!  I did finish it and I feel awesome, but so sore!  I am sticking to the diet, no sugar, all natural, no processed foods and the world of difference!  I feel like I have more energy and to be honest, it was so nice to have all my meals planned out and ready to eat.  So day 2 down many more to go!

Casual Costco Outfit

On the Blog Today:  Hi!

 I didn't have time to get post an outfit, so I took a couple of photos in Costco because, today was the first day of Insanity.  It was only day one, so it was just a fitness test. So tomorrow is really when my butt is going to get kicked!  It was perfect because I hadn't gotten time to go get food to go along with the workout.  I don't want to post every day about the workout unless something funny happens like, I slip and fall.  Cause that's funny right?  Not really.  I will post every week about it, and how it changes my body and eating habits.  I can tell you that even though, I didn't have a complete workout today, I already have so much energy and feel so much better.  I obviously am bummed that I couldn't put up something fashion related up, but this blog revolves around my life and love of fashion, and I feel better about wearing clothes when I feel better about how I look.  And summer is coming! Thanks to Cali it is already warm (been wearing dresses and shorts.  Although since I gained the past 5 pounds, I can barely fit into them lol)  all of us, Californians can start tanning early!!! Yes!

American Heart Association

On the Blog Today: First off, Happy Valentine's Day!  I hope everyone had or is having a great, romantic, cute, cute-sey, whatever I am done, date with the boy or the hubby or the couch.   Like me!  Little insider, no lie, sometimes it is depressing to not be able to go anywhere without being ambushed by red, pink, balloons, flowers, or Instagram pictures.  I seriously am done with all those photos. LOL! "My hubby is the best."  "My flowers are better than yours." Ahh the troubles.  Which I should probably stop hating because I might be one of those people one year.  Okay so on to bigger and better things.  The outfit of the day.  This outfit felt like an Oreo.  Girly item, on a boy’s item, girly item, boy’s item.  The beanie, t-shirt, and jacket are all guys clothes.  The beanie was a last second choice, when I was returning something to my brother’s closet and the beanie was just calling my name as I looked down.  I love returning clothes.  It's like when you rent a book from the library and return it knowing there are no more late fees, or none at all.  Best feeling ever! 

Wearing a Boy's T-Shirt:  Tip for wearing your dad's, brothers, boyfriend's ect. T-shirt is first is roll up the sleeves.  Guys t-shirts are WAY differently sized compared to a girl's.  So sorry but you won't look as great if you just throw it on, with the mentality that you will look just as amazing as a guy.  Second is, most likely you won't be wearing it as a dress.  Which means it will partner with jeans, shorts or a skirt.  But you don't want to just let it hang out or be fully tucked in.  So tuck half into the front and let the back just hang.   Also half tucking it in will make your legs look longer and also give that Dani Song vibe.  

PLEASE READ:  One of my favorite things to do lately is watch Biggest Loser while eating junk food or just eating in general.  Might sound ridiculous, but that's just me.  The new season is on and as I watched it today while eating Whopper Malted Milk Balls, a commercial came on for Walgreens.  Turns out that for the month of February, Walgreens is donating a dollar for every person who gets their blood pressure checked to the American Heart Association.  Not to mention, getting it checked it free! So please if you have one your town, go get your blood pressure checked!  Take your whole family!  I know I will be talking to my family this weekend about it.   I think it is an amazing thing that Walgreens is doing this.  You can donate without even donating! That is pretty great!  TWO MORE WEEKS to make a visit! So go change some lives.  You can also go to http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/ and just read about how to get healthy, how you can save lives, and just educate yourself if you don't know what this organization is about.

Valentines Day Outfit Idea #4

         On the Blog Today:  One more day!  How cute are these frames.

  I have this new obsession with hearts.  They are just so cute. 

 So as this week ends, we enter a new week.  Time goes by way too fast.

This is probably going to be the most fun, only because my favorite place to shop is actually in men's sections.  They have way cooler things.  Without doubt.  So I have asked a ton of people to raid their closet,  my goal is to get them in the clothes as well.  We will see how persuasive I can be.

Valentines Day Outfit Idea #3

On the Blog Today:  Wow, already on the third day.  Crazy.  Just crazy.  Time is flying!  But it just keeps getting closer to my birthday, my favorite day in the whole year.   Something about this month,  I just love.  As I am around my town and even around other towns, it's so crazy how everyone and their mother has V-tines stuff.  Malls, gas stations, grocery stores, everywhere! It is crazy.  They are so good at getting you to buy stuff.  Lol.  i was down in Macy's last week, and seeing all the clothes for dates made start thinking I need clothes.  And I don't even have a date! They can suck you in so easy! 

Le`Trick:  Shirt over Dress.  Ahh dass a tricky one.  This is probably one of my favorite trends to wear because I love making thinks look like something else.  For instance taking a scarf and making it a head-band.  Two uses, major score.  So when you take a dress and put a shirt over it,  it makes it look like a skirt.  Bam, two looks.  A+ in my book.

Valentines Day Date Idea #1

(Forever 21 Blouse, Lace Shorts, Nine West Bootie Sandals) 

On the Blog Today:  Yay! Finally February, which means finally the month of single awareness! I am so excited.  Lol.  So again, this week is date ideas.  Obviously, this is my idea of a date outfit.  I have this way of kinda making things a little off.  (meaning, if it has hearts on it, I am probably not going to wear it.)  Why?  Because hearts are predictable.  I hate being predictable.  I like to make things the complete opposite.  But I can't wait for my Saturday Post, because it is actually very predictable.  But still very cute. 

Le`Trick:  You may have noticed that my hands are different colors.  I couldn't decide on a color.  So I picked the two I liked the most.  I didn't even realize how many pink and red shades of nail polish I have until I needed them for "Valentines Day".  Which if you'd like to see how I display my polish leave a comment or email me at  lastofthemoheak@gmail.com,  and I will do a vlog on it.  You can also request things at my email as well.  I check my email more, so it's more efficient. 

Anyways,  one of the easiest things to do when holidays roll around, which is quite often,  is paint your nails.  It is the first thing I do, because even when I am in my sweats this week, my nails are still in the color of love.  Lol.  So if you want something easy and timeless, grab a red or pink and get them nails did.  Or do them yourself like me.  I don't have time to go out for that, and it can be expensive.
